If you had to tell 27 Tanzanian colleagues what they need to know in order to work better with expatriates from all over the world, what would you tell them? I just finished two weeks of Employee Orientation in the Mbeya-Iringa Cluster Project and it was a blast. This video highlights some of the activities we did in the team-building sessions.
